Announcement – Website Converting to LLC and Dropping Amazon Affiliates Program

Fellow Bereans!

Thank you for your continual prayers, feedback, and telling others about The Berean Test.  It’s thanks to you that The Berean Test more than doubled in users and page views since last year.  Praise Jesus that He uses me to help you in your quest to critically examine lyrics!

I have two major announcements.

First, The Berean Test presently exists as a sole proprietorship.  I, Vince Wright, operate this website alone.  As a sole proprietor, I am responsible for any costs, debts, and lawsuits that come my way.  Thankfully, I haven’t been sued; However, if that occurs, I have no legal protection.  My personal assets will be used to cover costs.  That’s why I am forming a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), starting next year.  I will still act as the sole operator for The Berean Test; However, the website will exist under Berean Test Enterprises (LLC).

Second, effective immediately, I am exiting Amazon Affiliates.  It doesn’t generate enough revenue to justify continuance.  I’ll slowly delete all references to it, including the disclaimer page, support page, and any “buy” links in reviews.
